Summer Blossom is an original contemporary floral painting celebrating the abundance and energy of the natural world at its fullest.
There is something joyful about blossom in late spring / early summer - colour becomes richer, movement feels freer and everything appears to be expanding. I wanted to capture that feeling rather than simply paint a botanical representation.
