I was invited on a wild swim last week. It was snowing and had been chilly off the back of Storm Goretti, however we figured that would just add to the whole cold water immersion experience!

How wrong we were.

When we arrived at Harlaw Reservoir, Dryobes, hot water bottles and wild swim garb at the ready, we found a massive ice rink - and one that would have taken the weigh of a double decker bus! Undeterred, we opted for snow angles and a breathwork session instead.
