Have you made a commitment to your wellbeing in 2026?

Last night I set my alarm for 6.30am and promised myself I’d walk the dog first before grabbing a coffee. 6.30am may be ‘late’ for many of you, however we don’t have kids, I’m an artist so work flexible hours, and my hubby is off work following knee surgery.

Full disclosure, I managed to drag myself out of bed at 7.15am, but I did walk the dog first before my coffee.

I’m sharing this because many of us start the New Year with big intentions, which is great, but we must also listen to our body, which can be hard when we are still exhausted from December.

As an intuitive artist I love to teach Intuitive Painting, a creative and somatic practise that gently helps you listen to your body. It is not a traditional art class, but a nourishing space without pressure, perfection or judgement, where paint becomes your tool for movement, expression and inner guidance.

If you have made a commitment to self-care/your wellbeing this year, join me at my studio in Leith on either Thursday 8th (18:00 – 20:30) or Saturday 17th January (10:00 – 12:00) for my intuitive painting session designed to help you slow down, reconnect and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.

Tickets are £50, all materials are provided and no art or painting experience is necessary. Spaces are limited to 8 to keep the experience intimate and personal, and I also provide 1:1 intuitive guidance within the group to help you feel seen and supported.
