Saturday 17 January 2026
Harness the magic and new beginnings that a fresh year brings.
Start 2026 with purpose, positivity and a commitment to your wellbeing. Join me on Saturday 17 January for a light-hearted, intuitive art workshop where we’ll connect to your intentions for the year ahead, and create a beautiful intuitive artwork to take home as a daily reminder of your goals, values and self-care.
Together, we’ll reflect on the year gone by and bring to life your personal and professional vision for 2026. Choosing words and feelings that inspire and empower, you will create a vibrant energetic artwork to visualise your plans for the year ahead.
No artistic experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to create something meaningful.
During this session you will learn the art of intuitive painting and create your own artwork to take away with you. This is an informal practical workshop aimed at helping you tap into your creativity, visualise you plans for 2026, boost your wellbeing and meet like-minded souls.
You will:
Let go, have fun and release judgement.
Learn to use colour to connect to your energy.
Do something to boost your wellbeing.
Meet kindred spirits in a relaxed space.
Leave with your own work of art.
Creating spontaneously, and without judgement, is a liberating and healing experience. When you allow the painting to evolve, until there is an explosion of energy and colour on the canvas, you are able to tap into your inner knowing. This helps to release what may be holding you back, and is a beautiful way to support your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Spaces are limited to 8 people per workshop.
Workshop 10:00 - 12:30. Doors open 9:30.
