Our energy bodies have layers of multiple colours, like liquid light. The hues, sharpness and intensity of colour provide information about our emotional, physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing. Everyone's energy bodies vibrate at different frequencies, and we are here to light up each other and the world around us.
