Creating spontaneously, allowing a painting to evolve until there is an explosion of energy and colour on the canvas, is a liberating and healing experience.

As an intuitive, artist and energy healer, I believe creative energy is the medicine of our soul, and the more we allow the imagery to come through, the more in touch we will be with the pulse of life.

Intuitive painting and creative self-expression help us release emotions / past trauma / limiting beliefs to access our deepest wisdom enabling us to speak and live our truth. I believe in the transformative power of pure self-expression and the magic it reveals to us.

I can't measure the change in me, most profound and transformative. The 2 day total immersive intuitive art course was pretty intense but I feel on a soul level I have turned many corners and let go of a huge amount of detritus that is clearly holding me back from claiming and stepping into my power. I run in person and online one to one and group workshops, from two hours to weekend intensives. They are as individual as you are, but always uplifting, inspiring, healing and fun.
