The new moon is a powerful time to set intentions and cultivate a life that inspires and satisfies. The energies invite us to release emotions, places, people and situations that don’t support a feeling of contentment. 

Intuitive painting and creative self-expression help us release emotions, and access the deep wisdom that enables us to speak and live our truth. 

Join me on Zoom on Saturday 10 February for the New Moon in Aquarius. Aquarius values connections and where you belong. You may feel a strong need for emotional freedom and to release yourself from any ongoing / long standing negative emotions such as fear, anger and jealousy.

This is a group session, using art and creativity to tap into your intuition and release what no longer serves you. Together we will create the space to focus on what really matters. YOU. No painting experience required.

Workshops don’t require any prior skills, just an open mind and a desire to explore your creative side.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Although the workshops are not super messy, paint may not wash out so wear clothes that are comfortable and you don’t mind messing up. If you have any items that inspire you, words, pictures, music, jewellery, photos, or colours, please feel free to bring them along. This is not essential as I will lead you in a meditation to help guide your intuitive process.
